At Arurelia Arc, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

The product must not be damaged, worn, resized, or altered in any way.
Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as "Final Sale" or non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Watches that show signs of wear and tear, scratches, or have been tampered with.

Custom or personalized items.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

Our team will review your request and respond with instructions for return shipping.
Please do not send back any items before receiving confirmation from our team.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If the item was purchased with Cash on Delivery (COD), we will arrange a refund via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will prioritize your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
