2. Are your watches authentic?

Yes, all our watches are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit products.

 


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most locations in the UAE. You can select this option at checkout if applicable.

 


4. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 1–3 business days across the UAE, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 


5. Can I return or exchange my watch?

Yes, you can return your watch within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return and place a new order.

 


6. Do your watches come with a warranty?

Most of our watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically covers manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by brand—please check the product page or contact us for specific warranty details.

 


7. How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order number. You’ll also be notified when your order ships.

 


8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only deliver within the UAE. We are working on expanding our delivery services in the future.
